DropSign Release Notes 1.01 – New Features & Adjustments

With the latest update, we've added numerous features to DropSign that make your work even easier, more flexible, and more efficient. Here's an overview of the most important new features:

New payment options with Stripe

From now on, you can pay conveniently and securely via Stripe. This means we support one of the most modern and flexible online payment solutions worldwide. Invoices and subscriptions can be easily viewed and managed via the portal.

Create companies & manage teams

You can now create your own companies in DropSign, invite team members, and collaborate on projects. Combined with our new role management system, you always retain control over who has which tasks and permissions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Whether administrator, editor or viewer: With the new customized role distribution, it is possible to precisely control which rights each user has – for more transparency and security in the team.

Flexibles Zahlungsmanagement

Du kannst einen anderen Nutzer als Zahlungsträger hinterlegen. Nachdem du ein Unternehmen gegründet hast, kannst du einen anderen Nutzer einladen und ihn in der Rollenverteilung als Zahlungsträger markieren und dabei immer noch Unternehmensgründer bleiben – praktisch für Reseller oder Unternehmen mit zentraler Buchhaltung oder unterschiedlichen Verantwortlichkeiten.

DropCoder – Automatic Transcoding

Our new DropCoder ensures that media (images & videos) are automatically converted into the appropriate formats and resolutions. At the same time, they are encrypted and therefore uploaded securely. This guarantees smooth playback on all players in the best possible quality.

Player locations in focus

The locations of the players can be viewed and images can be added to the locations. This allows you to maintain an overview of your entire infrastructure and makes networks more clearly documented.
