Click on the Media tab on the left in the navigation bar to access the media overview page. Now press the upload icon (image: right) in the bottom right corner of the screen and add a new media file.

If you are unable to upload media, please ensure that the DropCoder has been successfully downloaded, installed, and activated. For installation assistance, please click the link.

Note: The DropCoder only needs to be activated on one computer within your DropSign network.

Simply upload the desired elements via drag and drop, regardless of which tab within the software. The transcoder handles the formatting automatically – you don’t need to worry about anything else.

Note: You can monitor the upload process and its duration in the navigation bar at the top.

The order of the individual media within the event can be adjusted. Video segments and orientation can also be selected. Then click save. Media can be added or removed from the event using the plus (+) and minus (-) symbols in the upper right corner of the media.

Note: Tag your events with tags, to easily filter them later.

What is an event?

An event can consist of one or more media objects. Media can have different formats and can be combined in any order to create a wide variety of events.

What format should my media be in?

DropSign supports various media formats and allows you to effortlessly integrate videos, images, and animations. Regardless of the media type, our software ensures smooth and optimized playback of your digital content. Thanks to our built-in transcoder, “DropCoder”, you don't need to worry about formatting your media before uploading it to DropSign.

What is a Quick-Start-Event?

If you don't want to make major changes to your event, you can easily create an event from your uploaded media in the Media tab. This way, you don't have to switch back and forth and can do everything in one workflow.
